Once payment confirmation is received, your order will ship from the Council Shop in Lafayette, LA. Our standard methods of shipping are via the United States Post Office and UPS. We do not charge shipping and handling on orders placed by members in Bayou Council's jurisdiction. All orders outside of our council are subject to the standard shipping and handling fees detailed in the current Girl Scout catalog. Your online Shopping Mall order can only be paid for with a Visa or Master Card at this time. We accept both credit and debit cards for payment.

Please note that although we strive to have the items you purchase available for immediate shipment, we now and then find ourselves out-of-stock on  a few things. Items not currently in stock will be placed on backorder status and will be shipped to you as soon as we have the item restocked. You may call or email Frieda, our friendly and helpful council shop sales clerk, for the availability of any item we have pictured online.
